“trigger" is an end-of-life service in which triggers (i.e. message content securely stored on our server) are kept and delivered to the designated user in the event of death. This made you wonder, "How do they know Im dead?" We have a service called the proof-of-life service that sends out automated emails to our users that they must respond to. If they fail to do so a certain number of times, it is assumed that the user has passed on the nok-service is triggered, and the content on the trigger will be delivered to him/her after the designated user follows our instructions.
“trigger” has the following features:
* End-to-end encryption
* Proof-of-life service
* Nok-service
End-to-end encryption: Triggers can only be sent and received on the trigger.
Proof-of-life service: These are automated emails that would be sent to our users to verify that they are still alive.
Nok-service: In the event of death, this service would send the trigger to the designated users once the "person" meets our requirements. This is done to ensure that the original trigger user is truly dead.
